Shipping and Return Policy

All information must match. The address associated with your bank card has to be the same as your billing address. If you don't enter the correct billing address your card won't process the payment. If you see a pending transaction on your card that declines, this will fall off and it's only showing that you attempted to make the transaction.  We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Products ship between 1-5 business days from you order date. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. Express orders take 2-3 business days..

Shipping activity will become available 24hrs after receiving a tracking email. Your tracking number will be sent to your email associated with your order. Please contact customer service if you do not receive an email within 3 days.

Orders cannot be changed once your payment is complete.

Refunds are provided on a case by case basis. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and can take 24-72 hours after it is issued.
